First their customer service is outstanding. To me that’s more important than price. I don’t care how much money you spend or save if you are not going to have great customer service in return, it’s not worth it because the whole experience will be ruined. In my opinion nycstylelimo customer service is second to none. They made me feel like I was their only customer. The drivers were punctual, and courteous. They did not hesitate to go the extra mile for me, to make sure that my experience was excellent. I was just impressed by their overhaul level of professionalism.
Second they give the best price around. If you don’t want to take my word for it just call like five other limo companies than call nycstlelimo and you will see the difference. I know because that’s what I did.
Third their limo fleet is spectacular especially because of their interior custom made design that you will find nowhere else.

I booked with NY Style Limo for my brother's wedding (best man gift for the groom) & I have no regrets. The guys did a great job with punctuality & professionalism. I had the silver Escalade & the silver Rolls Royce which is a beautiful combo. People on the streets would turn their heads as we road by. The only caveat to booking a Rolls Royce from the 1950s is the risk of the a/c breaking down which with my luck did happen so the bride broke a little sweat on her way to the church. Jermaine runs a professional shop, he's very accommodating & has great deals so if you're looking for that different look, check out the silver rides along with the rest of his fleet.
Working with newyorkstylelimo on making my prom night a memorable one was one of the best decisions I've made. It's one thing to sit down and tell a company what exactly you want out of them, but to make the customer feel special is everlasting. This is exactly what happened when coming into contact with this company. After working on it like a project for months, the day finally came and I couldn't have asked for it any other way. The driver was great! BEYOND GREAT! The service was unbeatable and the whole job was a success. I knew this for a fact when getting so many compliments about the limo and the fun we all had together. Now that my prom day has come and gone, I would like to thank newyorkstylelimo for their contributions in a successful night. I wouldn't even be able to explain how appreciative I am for all the extra time, patience and thought that was put into this night. I highly recommend this company to anyone who wants to ride in style and have a memory as wonderful as mine. This was the BEST company ever that I will truly miss doing business with. Our driver, Jermaine, is always professional, courteous, and (most importantly) punctual. When in NY there is no other limo service that compares to their quality. Yesterday May 9, 2009, I had the privilege of renting one of your limo for my graduation. I just want to take time out to thank you for your professional, courteous and timely service that you provided to me. While I was there to check out your fleet of cars, you indicated that the vehicles sells themselves. I do agree with the statement. However, while the marketing aspects are always important to a business, it is more important in my opinion to provide excellence, hospitality, and services secondary to none.
I am pleased with your services that you provided to me upon my first experience with "NY style Limo & SUV'S."
Additionally, Chris, the chauffeur you provided us with is kind, friendly and was a pleasure to have on our trip. His personality and character exercised was a complete fit for the trip. The ride was smooth, the drinks were on the house, the music was great, comfortable, and we arrived in front of the Rockefeller Center Christmas Tree to get married in STYLE! Jermaine was our chauffeur for the evening...not only was he polite, friendly, courteous,.....He was on time!! I am extremely pleased with the professional services that I received from Jermaine and his company. His limo was immaculate...perfect for a country girl from Ohio to use on her wedding day to get married up in New York City on Christmas Eve!! EXCELLENT and PERSONAL Service!!
I was traveling in business from Miami to New York City and needed a limo to pick us up at LGA. I was looking in yellowpages.com pretty late in the evening only a couple of days before the flight day. I sent an e-mail inquiring about prices and availability expecting to get an answer by the next day. To my surprise, the actual owner replied to my message within an hour! He gave me his cell phone number where I could reach him, sent me price information and photos! My flight was on Monday, Sunday night I gave him a call and he actually picked up his phone; he reconfirmed his appointment for next day (didn't even ask me for a deposit) and assured me punctuality. Monday morning, sure enough, The owner himself was there right outside the door, waiting for me and my business partner right next to one of the most incredible limos I've ever seen! The ride was smooth, the drinks were on the house, the music was great, and we got to our final destination safe, comfortable, and in STYLE! What's funny about all this is that NY Style Limo is NOT the only company I sent an e-mail to, and what do you know, AFTER I got back to Miami (that same day in the evening) I had a couple of e-mails from other companies and their price quotes... Sorry, WAY TOO LATE! Next time I fly to NY it will be VERY EASY finding my limo, I'll just call NY Style Limo & Suv!!

He and his friends had an amazing time and that had so much to do with traveling in style all night. I am constantly amazed at how professional you and your staff are.
